Refund policy

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed for products meeting return eligibility criteria (defects, damage, or mismatch). Pure Organic Zone will review and verify returned products upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed as per the agreement.

1.2 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Seller/Partner reimburses Pure Organic Zone for any refunds issued, or Pure Organic Zone may process refunds directly on their behalf.

2. Return Shipping Costs
Pure Organic Zone bears the initial return shipping costs. If the return is due to defect, damage, or mismatch, Seller/Partner will reimburse shipping expenses.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Seller/Partner is responsible for resolving any payment disputes directly with the payment provider.
  • If a chargeback is upheld, Pure Organic Zone will refund the customer and may deduct the refunded amount from the Seller/Partner’s account or commissions.

4. Termination of Agreement
This Policy may be terminated if either party consistently fails to meet the outlined terms. Pure Organic Zone reserves the right to suspend or terminate this agreement, including delisting products if repeated return and refund issues occur.
